Royal Ascot | Godolphin buy Dawn Approach. Godolphin have bought a majority share in Jim Bolger's unbeaten juvenile Dawn Approach, the ante-post favorite for next season's Qipco 2000 Guineas.

The son of Derby hero New Approach secured his fourth success from as several starts with a determined show in last week's Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot.

A statement on the Godolphin web site confirmed Dawn Approach would stay in coaching with Bolger for the remainder of the campaign and race in Godolphin's colors.

A decision concerning his three-year-old career won't be created till "much later" in 2012.

New Approach was trained by Bolger throughout his two-year-old and three-year-old career, racing throughout his Classic year within the colors of Princess Haya of Jordan, the wife of Godolphin supremo Sheikh Mohammed.
