Kempton injury woe for George Downing. Apprentice jockey George Downing faces an extended spell on the sidelines when suffering unhealthy injuries in an exceedingly fall at Kempton on Wednesday evening.

"He's trying forward to obtaining back to where he was last week. it's like he are out for a month, it may be less. It all depends how well consequent week or thus goes.

"He's terribly keen to resume his riding. before the accident he was doing very well.

"He's been inundated with messages and is extremely grateful for everybody's support and needs to urge back to the racing family.

"It appears like he'll in all probability be released from hospital within the morning."
